Charley Webb has served as our Chief Customer Officer since November 2020. In her role, Ms. Webb oversees the global Customer Planning & Operations team, which spans across business intelligence, research, community operations, member safety and customer planning. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Webb held brand and strategy roles at John Lewis and Waitrose. Prior to that, Charley spent seven years at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on the retail, consumer goods, and travel sectors. Ms. Webb began her career in marketing at Digitas. Ms. Webb holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
